Malika Sylvain | Owner & Operator
Malika Sylvain is the Owner of Shared Demands LLC, an organizing and personal assistance company. Her company manages diverse assignments for busy individuals and their families such as; professional home/office organizing, personal assistants, project management, and an online consignment boutique. She has had the honor to work for prestigious nonprofits as Associate Director of ALSAC/ St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Operations Director and Strategic Planning for Year Up Atlanta. Malika serves her community as a proud Associate Member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and a third-generation member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Malika’s greatest accomplishment is being the proud mother of two adult daughters Brie and Cierra.
Some fun facts... She has visited 40 of the 50 states and has lived in seven states, most while a Marine Corp. family. She collects her sorority paraphernalia, heart-shaped knickknacks in remembrance of her late father, and every card she has ever been given. She loves traveling, tent camping, and riding motorcycles. Her greatest joy is helping others live their best lives.
Cierra Necole | Consignment Manager and Lead Professional Organizer
Cierra Necole is a Nanny by profession who loves to organize! She also has a few hidden talents (modeling, acting, and hip-hop dancing). She is a graduate of Barbizon Modeling Center. She represented the KMB Salon hair brand during the 2016 Bronner Brothers International Hair Show Showcase. She has also represented John Paul Mitchell Systems at independent hair shows and is featured in several Atlanta hair salon ads. She has been a stand-in clothing model on the website of Bridge Boutique, an Atlanta Highlands retailer. Her attention to detail and her eye for fashion drive her love for organizing peoples homes.
Sydney | Assistant Organizer & Data Entry Intern
Sydney is a proactive student-athlete with a sincere love for organization. She always has a bright smile on her face and an exceptional personality to go with it. She enjoys playing volleyball, baking, maintaining clean spaces, and spending time with friends and family!
Caitlyn | Part-time Organizer
.Caitlyn is a graduate of Year Up, where she interned for Eevon as a Computer Programmer. She is attending Eastern Gateway Community College, studying Information Technology. In her spare time, her passion is painting on canvas. She looks forward to continuing to help people feel more comfortable in their homes.
